Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a batch account and a Survey account?

With a batch account you can submit a batch. A batch is a file, for example in .zip of in .xml, filled with data extracted from e.g. the EMR. This is a way to deliver large amounts of data in bulk.

If you choose to enter the patient data manually you can put a check mark in the Survey account-field. With a Survey account you can register patients yourself, one-by-one, by filling in the questions.
